The service
Folio Go is a tool for managing customers, products and services, and creating invoices and PDF downloads. Contact support@folio-app.in about these terms. These terms describe the current free service and do not create a paid subscription.
Your account
Provide accurate registration information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. You must have authority to act for any business whose records you enter. Report suspected account misuse to support.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Do not upload information you are not authorized to use, issue fraudulent invoices, introduce malicious code, attempt to access another account’s records, or interfere with the service. You remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of your business records.
Invoices and tax information
Check customer information, tax rates, place of supply, totals, invoice numbering and payment details before issuing an invoice. Folio Go is not an accounting, tax-filing or professional advisory service. GST fields and calculations do not constitute certification of tax compliance. Currency selection does not perform currency conversion.
Your content
You retain your rights in the business records and assets you provide. You permit the service to store, process and display that content as needed to deliver the functionality you use. Do not upload third-party logos, signatures, customer details or other materials unless you have the necessary permission.
Pricing and payments
The current plan is free. The application does not offer paid subscription checkout or collect payments on your behalf. Any future paid plan would require its price, applicable taxes, renewal and cancellation terms to be disclosed before purchase. See the refund policy.
Availability and records
Features may change and availability can be affected by maintenance, connectivity or hosting issues. Keep copies of important invoices and records. No uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular business requirement is promised. Any limitation is subject to rights and obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Stopping use and misuse
You may stop using the service at any time. Contact support for account closure or data requests. Access may be restricted when needed to address unlawful activity, security risks or material misuse. Statutory rights and required record retention continue to apply.
Changes and questions
Updated terms will be published on this page. Material changes to paid services, if introduced, will be explained before purchase. For questions or concerns, email support@folio-app.in. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under applicable law.
